Withdrawal Sleeve


  • The withdrawal sleeve is mainly used to fix the tapered bore bearing on the cylindrical journal of the stepped shaft. The withdrawal sleeve is pressed against the shaft shoulder or between the bearing inner ring and shaft like similar fixtures.
  • A nut or an end plate can be used to fix the return sleeve.The KM or HM locking nuts (locking nuts) with suitable locking devices can be used. Locking nuts have no adapter sleeve and must be ordered separately.
  •  Adapter sleeve for filling oil

1.Install and remove bearings using oiling.

2.There are two oil injection inlets on the threaded side, and there are some oil grooves distributed in the circumference and shaft direction on the conical surface and the cylindrical inner surface of the withdrawal sleeve.

3.Equipped with necessary conduits and grooves.

4.Standard configuration for adapter sleeve with aperture ≥ 200 mm. (size ≥ 44)

5.Optional configuration of adapter sleeves with aperture ≥ 150 mm. (size ≥ 32)

The withdrawal sleeve can be adjusted according to the shaft diameter, so it allows a large diameter tolerance range compared to directly mounting the bearing directly in a cylindrical bore. However, geometric tolerances must be maintained within a narrow range because they directly affect shaft positioning and vibration.
